Training
Cut the costs of training and share your session with up to 3 other people.
Small Group Sessions are great for people who want to train more often, save money, and enjoy training in a more fast-paced environment with the motivation of others.
These sessions are still personalised and tailored specifically to your strengths, weaknesses and goals.
Currently these sessions run at 2.15pm Monday, Tuesday & Thursday and 9.30am Thursday as well.
All new clients will need a 30-minute initial consultation session prior to joining one of these groups.
This is just so you can meet with Selina and share your goals as well as do a basic movement assessment.
All small group sessions run for 50 minutes.
2 on 1 : $40pp
3 on 1 : $35pp
4 on 1 : $30pp
You can join an existing group or make your own with friends or family members.
